January 31, 2005 - OTI TO
Provide Annual Calibration Services to Hexcel Composites.
OTI will
provide Hexcel Composites with annual calibration and adjustment services
for all of their process instrumentation as well as temperature uniformity
studies for their ovens and autoclaves.

December 31, 2004 -
OTI Reports Profitable Fourth Quarter and
Historic Growth Rate. Today OTI
released financial performance information for the fourth quarter 2004. For
the quarter ending December 31, 2004, OTI reported revenues of $868 thousand
compared to revenues of $359 thousand for the quarter ending December 31,
2003. This improvement along with a positive third quarter represents a net
increase of 95% in annual revenues for calendar year 2004 over the previous
year.

15, 2004 - Ben Franklin Technology PArtners, Lehigh University and OMNI
to Develop a new Portable Cleaning & Sanitization System for Tablet Coaters.
OTI
announced today that it will work with Lehigh
University’s Enterprise Systems Center under a grant by Ben Franklin
Technology PArtners to redesign its revolutionary SaniCoater Productized
System.

November 12, 2004 - OMNI Awarded Large Contract to
Design & Build the USP Pure Water Systems for a Major Pharmaceutical Company.
OTI
announced today that it has been awarded a second phase for the
complete Design and Build of the USP Pure Water Final Rinse Systems for this
Pharmaceutical company; bringing the total project to over $2.2 million
in revenues for OMNI Technologies, Inc.

Nominated “Woman Owned Supplier of the Year”
Award by Johnson and Johnson Company. OTI announced today
that Carmela Fabiano was honored as a nominee for the ‘Woman Owned Supplier
of the Year’ (WOSY) award by one of the Johnson & Johnson’s operating
companies. “We are all deeply touched, excited and honored for this
wonderful nomination. Understanding that there are only a few other nominees
is prize enough for us. After many years of working with J&J companies,
just knowing that the services we provide are not only of value but also

OMNI Technologies, Inc. (OTI) Solves Severn
Trent's Wireless Tank Monitoring Dilemma.
OTI will provide Severn Trent
(a global leader in water and waste water systems & services) with a
wireless monitoring system. The system will measure tank levels in
two water tanks located in Boyertown, PA and wirelessly transmit the signal
2.5 miles to their monitoring facility. This solution will provide a
standard approach for any of the Severn Trent facilities that require
'Remote Monitoring'.

Wong to the position of Project Manager.
OTI has announced the
appointment of James W. Wong as Project Manager of OTI's Systems Business
Unit. James is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) and a PMI
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 30 years of
experience. His background encompasses Engineering,
Management/Construction Management level positions with companies that
include: CimQuest, Real Enterprise Solutions, PQ Corporation and BAE Systems
(American Electronics Lab.
